Refund / Return
As you have probably already read on the site by now, I do not have any items in stock. It is only when ordering that I produce the goods you want. This means that it is my working time that you pay for when you order an item, and working time is not always as easy to return. Please do not make a purchase that you will later regret.
If there is something wrong with the product, or if there are other reasons why you want to enter into an agreement to send an item back, please contact me about this as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of receipt.
If you send something back by agreement, it is your responsibility that the item reaches me in the same condition as it was sent out.

Prices
Fine art Printery, all prices are based on Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and miscellaneous. We reserve the right to change the prices for unpaid items from day to day, without prior consent.
Payment
Fine Art Printery receives payment with PayPal and whatever other means and methods we can find.
Delivery
Fine Art Printery aims to ship your order immediately after it has been produced, with the production time depending on the busyness of the workshop and the amount of tasks.
Your goods are most often sent with Post Nord, and if there are problems with Post Nord's service, they have a nice website with support that you can freely read and use.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. Please note that Fine art Printery produces replicas of old printed matter, which means that errors in the original printed matter will most likely also appear in the ordered replica, it is part of the art, this type of error naturally does not fall under the right of complaint. The complaint also does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.

Right of withdrawal
Actually, according to the law, you have 14 days full right of return on goods, but as you have probably already read on the site by now, I do not have any goods in stock. If there is still something bothering you and you want to enter into an agreement to return an item or find another solution, contact me about this as soon as possible, and then we will talk about a solution that works for all of us, forward to let our lives be dictated by bureaucratic measures.
If you send something back by agreement, it is your responsibility that the item reaches me in the same condition as it was sent out.
The law also says something about goods that are exempt from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
– Sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the sealing is broken.
– Performed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service has been fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content, which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, magazines or magazines, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements concluded at public auction.
– Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
Return
In other words, you should end up, by agreement, sending something back. Then you must send your order back without undue delay. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods and until they are received back.
Packages sent by cash on delivery. not received.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to you or the handling of the freight in the return process.

Information about what you have purchased
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
