unless otherwise mentioned in the product description, frames etc. in the pictures are for decorative purposes only and are therefore not included.
This illustration was inspired by the historic rock paintings at Mazinaw Lake in Bon Echo Provincial Park, Canada. There are over 260 paintings, of which Nanabozho, an important figure in the mythology of the Anishinaabe people, is one of the most fascinating. Nanabozho is known as both creator and trickster, and on the rock he is depicted with rabbit ears and a tool, emphasizing his versatility and power. This illustration celebrates the connection between art, spirituality and the cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of Mazinaw Lake.
